We know you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Alpine Shutters and Blinds. Most of the products we sell come with limited lifetime warranties. Please refer to those specific warranties for details of what they cover. We will service all blinds we sell in accordance with their manufacturer’s warranty.

In addition to product warranties, we provide you with a Satisfaction Guarantee covering our service. When you purchase from Alpine we guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with the measurement and installation of your window coverings.

If you are not 100% satisfied that the measurement and installation of your blinds, shutters or other window coverings is correct, just give us a call. We will re-measure and/or reinstall as necessary, the window covering at no cost to you.
